Welcome boards and seating boards.

Personalised plates, cups, napkins, labels and table details.

The exact services provided will depend on the quote, package, invoice or written booking confirmation agreed with you.

3. Quotes and prices

Prices shown on the website, social media or marketing materials are for guidance only and may change depending on the event requirements.

Final prices may depend on factors including location, event date, access, setup size, hire duration, delivery distance, guest numbers, theme, customisation, staffing requirements and the items requested.

A quote does not confirm a booking. A booking is only confirmed once we have accepted the booking and any required deposit or payment has been received.

Quotes may be withdrawn or amended if the event details change.

4. Bookings

To make a booking, you must provide accurate event information, including the date, time, location, venue details, access arrangements and services required.

You are responsible for checking that all booking details are correct before confirming.

Spinning Top Activities reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking where the requested service is unavailable, unsuitable, unsafe, impractical or outside our service area.

A booking is not secured until confirmation has been provided by Spinning Top Activities.

5. Deposits and payments

A deposit or booking payment may be required to secure your booking.

The amount due, payment schedule and final balance date will be confirmed at the time of booking.

If payment is not received by the agreed deadline, Spinning Top Activities may treat the booking as cancelled.

Any unpaid balance must be paid before the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may refuse to deliver, set up or provide services where payment has not been made as agreed.

6. Changes to bookings

If you need to change your booking, you must contact us as soon as possible.

Changes may include the event date, time, location, guest numbers, theme, items requested or setup requirements.

We will try to accommodate changes where possible, but changes are not guaranteed.

Additional charges may apply if the change affects the cost of delivery, staffing, hire items, materials, production, setup time or supplier costs.

Changes to personalised items may not be possible once design work, printing, production or ordering has started.

7. Cancellations by you

If you wish to cancel a booking, you must contact Spinning Top Activities in writing by email or message.

Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation, the type of service booked, work already completed, items reserved, materials purchased and costs already incurred.

Where a deposit has been paid, we may retain all or part of the deposit to cover reasonable losses, costs and work already carried out.

For personalised, bespoke or custom-made items, cancellations may not be possible once design, production, printing or ordering has started.

If your booking includes event hire, decor, setup, staffing or delivery, cancellation charges may apply if we have reserved time, turned away other bookings, purchased materials or arranged staff or suppliers for your event.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Cooling-off rights

Where you are booking as a consumer online, by phone, by email or away from our premises, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days, depending on the type of goods or services ordered.

This right may not apply to personalised, bespoke or custom-made items.

If you ask us to begin work or provide services during the 14-day cancellation period, you may be required to pay for work already carried out, materials purchased, services provided or costs incurred.

If a service has been fully completed with your agreement during the cancellation period, your right to cancel may be affected.

This section does not limit any rights you have under consumer law.

You breach these Terms & Conditions.

Where we cancel a booking due to our own fault, we will refund payments made for services not provided.

Where we cancel because of incorrect information, unsafe conditions, lack of access, unpaid balances or your breach of these terms, cancellation charges may apply.

You are responsible for making sure the venue is suitable for the booked services.

You must ensure that:

The venue allows the items, decor, entertainment or setup booked.

The setup area is clear, clean, level, safe and ready before we arrive.

There is enough space for the booked items.

Any required power supply is available and safe to use.

The venue rules are provided to us in advance where relevant.

Additional charges may apply for waiting time, difficult access, stairs, long carrying distances, parking charges, congestion charges or late collection.

11. Outdoor events and weather

Outdoor bookings are accepted at your own risk.

You must provide a suitable, safe and level setup area.

Some items may not be suitable for rain, high winds, wet ground, extreme heat or poor weather conditions.

Spinning Top Activities may refuse to set up, or may remove items, if we believe the conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

No refund will be due where we are unable to provide the service because of unsafe weather, unsuitable ground, lack of shelter or poor outdoor conditions outside our control.

Where possible, we recommend having an indoor backup plan.

You must not attach items, tape, glue, pins, staples, balloons, signage, banners or decorations to our equipment unless agreed in advance.

Items must be returned in the same condition as supplied, allowing for reasonable use.

You may be charged for damage, loss, breakage, missing items, excessive cleaning or misuse.

13. Soft play, children’s equipment and supervision

Where children’s equipment, soft play, activities or party items are provided, children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Spinning Top Activities does not accept responsibility for accidents, injuries or damage caused by lack of supervision, misuse of equipment, rough play, unsafe behaviour or failure to follow safety instructions.

Food, drink, face paint, shoes, sharp objects and unsafe items should be kept away from soft play or activity equipment unless otherwise agreed.

Age, weight or usage limits must be followed where provided.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that children use the equipment safely and appropriately.

14. Personalised and custom items

For personalised items, you are responsible for checking all names, dates, ages, spellings, wording, colours, themes and design details before approval.

Once a design is approved, Spinning Top Activities is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved version.

Colours may vary slightly between digital previews, screens, printed materials and final products.

Personalised, bespoke and custom-made items may not be refundable unless faulty or not as described.

Changes may not be possible once printing, production, ordering or design work has started.

15. Design proofs and approvals

Where design proofs are provided, you must review them carefully.

Approval may be given by email, message or other written confirmation.

Once approved, the design may be sent to print, production or preparation.

Delays in providing approval may affect delivery times, production times or availability.

Urgent changes after approval may incur extra charges and may not always be possible.

16. Delivery, setup and collection

Delivery, setup and collection times will be agreed as part of your booking.

Times may be affected by traffic, weather, venue access, previous bookings or circumstances outside our control.

You must make sure someone responsible is available at the venue for delivery, setup and collection.

If we are delayed due to access problems, parking issues, venue restrictions or customer delay, additional charges may apply.
